Realizing we have one more day before March arrives I can't help but ponder the old proverb, "In like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb." I know you've heard the saying before, h'm don't you wonder who said that the very first time?
Even though it is nearly March and my mind is traveling towards Spring, I can't help but appreciate and take in the beauty of the white blanketing that fell overnight. It also helps to know we have seventy degree weather arriving next week, (smile.)
I think I'll take this seasons last walk in the snow, one of my favorite things to do.
A few more S&T trophies to share.
A trio of vintage bird ephemera that I couldn't resist picking up.
A vintage bar of "Crystal White" soap. I'm always on the look out for toiletry items. This bar will add to my small collection that sits in my laundry room.
A very old and tattered music book. I love the coloring and the fonts, graphics printed on this vintage song book. I'm thinking of wrapping soap with its pages. Oh, it cost .50 cents.
Julie had this book waiting in the car when she picked me up. This children's book is very old and has some beautiful illustrations. I will copy it's stunning pages and use to wrap Bittersweet Be-Be Savon.
A very large stack of old bingo cards. I'm putting together some Spring Ephemera Packets that I think will be fun. I love that word! It's a vintage word.
Enjoy caring and sharing soon to be Spring days.
