This is the busiest time of the year for Bittersweet. There's a consistent shuffling of this and a fast speed approach so that I can re-stock and fulfil Internet orders. In addition re-stocking empty shelves with fresh Bittersweet so that my Saturday customers aren't disappointed and not able to find their favorite item.
This season has been one of our busiest to date!
I'm waiting....
There's always an intermission period when I have to wait on certain manufacturing items to arrive. It's difficult to predict which Bittersweet will be the most popular. Depending on the supplier some waits are longer than others. I get bummed when I have to wait a long time for a needed item to arrive. However, after 16 years of operating a hand-made business, I've learned not to worry too much. There's really not too much you can do. It's always a good thing to plan ahead as much as possible when ordering supplies. That way you don't get stuck waiting for something to arrive.
Last minute ordering of bottles or jars or herbs and essentials is a familiar occurrence during the holiday season.
If I'm waiting on something to fulfil your order, I will notify you to let you know shipping is running a bit behind. Currently however orders are shipping on schedule and we have not had any delays. Knock on wood! The elves are performing outstanding. I believe they are getting a nice Christmas bonus this year!
Believe it or not I'm already pondering thoughts of NEW Spring Bittersweets. Thoughts spin around and generate excitement when I envision ideas of new scents, creams and such.
Enough talk about how busy I am. Let's switch the conversation some and announce a giveaway!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, Bittersweet is hosting a magazine giveaway. Seven lucky winners will be chosen to receive a subscription to their favorite magazine. The mag subscriptions are courtesy of Zinio. Isn't that nice of them? Hop on over and pick your favorite so you'll be ready for the giveaway tomorrow. The contest will end on Monday, December 10 and I will announce the winner at noon that day. Good luck!
Enjoy caring and sharing
Warmly,
Jill 00
