It's all coming back to me. The memories of the fast paced life of shop ownership. All is good though. I'm attempting to set up a shop in less than a week so that Bittersweet can take advantage of a downtown event planned for this Saturday. Had I not planned just two days ago to do that then it would not be so crazy.
I'm sorry there aren't any pictures. The camera has been sitting in the punch bowl for several days. (That's where I keep it.)
I'm moving stuff in already! The chalkboard wall is the coolest shop thing I've ever done! I can't wait to show you. I'm allowing the wall to cure for a few days before attempting to chalk it.
I have a warm cozy gas fireplace that lights with a flick of a remote. Julie's kitties are starting to get used to me, I think. I've been feeding them the past few days while Julie is out of town.
I found a great piece of furniture for housing all the soap. My brother, dad and I went to Habitat for Humanity yesterday. The perfect piece was sitting up front just as we walked in. We made a few cosmetic changes on it so to customize the height. After a few coats of paint, it will be perfect!
You know I'll be sharing it all!
Enjoy caring and sharing snow storm days.
I forgot about that... A huge snow storm is headed our way!
