My favorite vintage mannequin that I named Loralie modeling a Gatsby Hat. I contacted my favorite sheep farm yesterday to request some organic wool so that I can make a few wool hats too. The wool hat yarn will not be dyed, but fresh off the sheep natural. I have always loved that color.
My September mood continues...
The linen and cotton soap bags. That's what we call them since we fill them bittersweet goodies. I am fond of the linen and cotton mix and equally attracted to burlap and cotton blended sacks. Love em!
Since soap is my thing, I have an even bigger obsession with packaging. The lavender & pink grapefruit savon is packaged in pretty white on white wrappings. I just found a wonderful Italian source for hand-made paper. The holiday soaps will be wrapped special in the beautiful Italian paper. I can't begin to explain how stunningly gorgeous this paper is! Beyond normal descriptive words.
An Autumn dried arrangement that will stand out when placed on your Thanksgiving dinner table. I did not make it, but it is hand-made and unique. I can envision a holiday table wrapped in burlap and silver, ironstone and that everlasting arrangement taking center stage. Oh yeah!
Fresh Pinnie Aprons hanging from the wrack. Soon to be flutting their stuff on the runway at the fashion show next week!
Champ de fleur savon dressed in lovely vintage paper.
The hand-made shop is welcoming Fall with button flowers, hydrangea, velvet pumpkins, spicy soaps, lavender and rich infusions.
Enjoy caring and sharing autumn days.
