Oh how I love red & white! Always have. I'm not fond of traditional red and green at Christmas unless of course the green hues come from a freshly cut tree from the forest. I'm headed to Julie's new farm to hunt for the perfect little volunteer seedling. Cedar's are known for growing in the forest. The birds drop the seeds and within a few years a little cedar sprouts. I'm not hunting for a big cedar, just a small one that I can save the roots so that I can transplant it in a white bucket. I'll need my rain boots since we've been getting substantial sprouts of fall moisture.
Oh yeah, Halloween. I'm not a big fan of the day, night. Maybe when I was a kid. I do love seeing the wee ones dressed up. We're taking picture on our big porch tonight. It's the annual Trick or Treat on the Square. Julie & Patty hand out candy. I'll make sure to get some shots.
After Hallows Eve, CHRISTMAS! Well I guess we can't forget Thanksgiving, but hey I own a retail shop and 'Tis the season to get ready for the big red day!
A visitor is coming in a couple weeks. I'm so excited! Share later...
Enjoy caring and sharing holidays.
