This soap maker is moving fast, steady, slow, and then it starts over again. Not in a way like a record skipping, but rather like an early spring when lilacs bloom in April and the mushrooms are popping long before May day. We're actually experiencing an early spring in the land of Liberty. The peonies are blooming! My bushes don't bloom until later, they're shaded. Their buds open on flower blooming key and present plump pink and maroon blooms by Memorial day. I envision a confection table filled with snowball buds this May day.
The menu is planned and the tables are set with white cloths. Fresh flowers adorn the shops and May day baskets await the guests. It's kind of like Christmas at the apothecary shoppe!
Jill & Jules will be breaking on Thursday to attend the annual antique fair. I mentioned the fair a few posts ago. The shop will be closed on Thursday and re-open on Friday in celebration of the first day of May, (May Day.) I'm anxious to capture another picture to see if the white fog appears. Same time, same day, picture.
I'm also hoping to find a few treasures.
Enjoy caring and sharing days.
With all good wishes,
Jill 00
