After the fourth of July, and typically, Bittersweet holiday soap production kicks in. Manufacturing starts slow, but quickly builds momentum as time progresses. Since it takes four to six weeks for Bittersweet Soap to cure, a head start is needed to insure a level of supply and demand. The above picture, something new and exciting. I've launched a new vintage department on the web shop. I am in love with the vintage Emerson Essay book. It's tattered cover has amazing graphics that have been brushed with human hands, time and time again. Soft, pastels and stone hues add to the beauty of the little book. I've listed it, if you're interested. It would be a lovely addition to photo shoots or product shots. Or maybe you prefer to simply add it to your vintage book collection.
Some changes in the works for my apothecary business. None that I can disclose right now, and the changes will begin and be spread out in the year to come. I have several projects on the back burner that I would like to complete and some new adventures I'd like to explore further. It's an exciting time for Bittersweet! Opportunities are blooming.
Enjoy caring and sharing summer days.
With all good wishes,
