*Patchwork Summer*
I was naturally taken by the plump toadstool that sprouted in our front lawn, which inspired me to create this large patchwork mushroom. I envisioned a candy colored mushroom that you might possibly see while thumbing through the pages of a children's fairy tale.
Wouldn't it be lovely if each one of us had Summer Sprouts like this one popping up throughout our landscapes?
A little yard filled with patchwork toadstools, and pink hollyhocks, and beautiful large cabbage roses back dropped by a white pearly colored picket fence, and little blue birds frolic while they sing their merry melody's.
I can see this in my mind...
As the evening falls, grasshoppers serenade little fairies basking on lily leaves while the big round yellow moon lights the stage.
Enjoy caring and sharing patchwork Summer days.
Happily,
