The past couple of weeks I've been watching how many calories I consume. Remember the steel oat's post?
Having never had to watch what I ate, and being a foody I kind of thought it might be difficult to shed some pounds. To my surprise and with the help of some great friends recomendations on FREE Internet weight loss web sites, I've been successful in losing 8 pounds already!
To think this all started when I went to the Dr. and they weighed me. I said, WHAT!!!! No that can't be! Did you say&*0((%? The nurse replied, YES!
Granted I had been really sick for over a month and just doing, feeling like doing pretty much of nothing, but seriously.
I had no idea the fat, calories, protein and carbs I consumed in just one day!
Until I went to my friends weight loss recommended site. Hey, this is pretty cool. I like this. Quickly I became aware of the good, the bad and the ugly stuff that I was entering into my body.
I can't believe how easy it's been with the aid of that web site.
Then I found this web site. I have made over 20 or so of Gina's delicious recipes and not a one has even came close to not being totally yummy. Honestly, if served any of these dishes, I would never suspect that any of them are low fat, carb dishes! Friday I made the chocolate pistachio biscotti. Oh my, so GOOD! The Adobo chicken, yummy! Chicken and White Bean Enchilada's, superb taste!
My family has been loving these meals and they are picky as picky gets! Have I convinced you yet?
Oh one more really great thing! That weight monitor web site... If you put in any of Gina's recipes their data base acknowledges them and keys in all the food values. Easy breezy...
It's not rocket science you know, loosing weight. With the aid of the web site it seems to be simple and easy breezy to grasp.
Enjoy caring and sharing spring days.
