It's quiet here this morning and mellow. Typically I'm running in several different directions, but this morning is one of those rare instances that I'm not. Like it! Would not "like it" all of the time, but I'm liking the tiny portion in this moment. Isn't that about right? Living in the moment or preferably day by day. The longer I'm here on this earth, the more I believe that this is how humans were designed. Living in the moment and taking naps.
Mixing up corners at home. Getting ready for spring. It's amazing how new pillows can lift you up!
These will be blooming before you know it! I love white lilacs.
I dug out my favorite straw hats. I love hats!
Busy week at home and at the shop. We're going live on the radio show! That's a big deal, in case you didn't know already.
Then later, over the hills and through my favorite woods to the annual antique show. The event is held in a school with a cafeteria. Jules and I will be attending, or should I say shopping. We always find things. I'm looking for particular little tid bits to add to my creations.
Yesterday, while cleaning and getting the home spring ready I stopped looked around and realized something. I'm content and happy with what I have. I get more excited when using what's on hand rather than purchasing something new. I've always been like that. I'm not frugal by any means simply happy with what I have and especially content. Really into this phrase lately. Bloom where you are planted!
Enjoy caring and sharing days.
With all good wishes,
