Hoping you enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful Mother's day. Mine was filled with soap making and a nap. A nice dinner out and more quiet, relaxing nothing. I love nothing! I very seldom get to enjoy nothing, therefore I appreciate it when it happens by.
I did make a rhubarb cobbler last night. I used this recipe. Not my usual recipe, but it was good. I liked the pie crust on top. Not as sweet as a typical cobbler.
We're making these for dinner. One of my favorites.
The new soap cubby that I found while on our recent flea market jaunt. The dealer said it had been used in a boarding home to house mail. Who would have thought? A perfect piece to stash soap!
Moving fast lately, except yesterday. I'm working on some new projects and the Jill & Jules show is scheduled for this Friday. I have some interesting guests lined up.
The little pink roses are blooming! I've been cutting them and making small bouquets. Seeds scattered and we've had good weeks worth of soft rain that will help the soon to be flowers get a healthy start.
My shop is growing. Word is getting out about this hand made apothecary shoppe.
Enjoy caring and sharing days.
With all good wishes,
Jill 00
